-backupfor stopped standard installs and-restoreinto a new data folder. Backups include the guest disk, boot files, bundled runtime, and settings, with per-file checksums verified during restore. Existing installations and backups are never replaced.Tested: fixture round trips, disk locking, cancellation, low space, damaged archives, and existing-file preservation; Go race tests, vet, and Windows build.
Part of #36. Settings controls, backup before reset, and a restored-guest boot check remain pending.
