Adds the Defender theme to the Extra Themes Park (alphabetical, between Darcula and Demon).

The palette is sampled from the actual 1980 Williams Defender — running in MAME from ROMs assembled out of Eugene Jarvis and Sam Dicker's original 6809 source. Space black background, planet-terrain orange accent, lander green, scanner cyan, baiter magenta. Wallpapers are real emulator frames of the source-built ROMs, nearest-neighbor upscaled to 4K with subtle scanlines.
Tested end-to-end on Omarchy 4.0.2 Quattro: installed via
omarchy-theme-installfrom the public URL, applied, verified across the shell, terminal, and btop.
