Adds the Omarchy Spiderman theme submitted by @milky86x to the theme gallery.

Reviewed. The theme repo link resolves (HTTP 200, both anchors), assets/themes/omarchy-spiderman.webp is committed at exactly the path the entry references (1200x675, 74KB), the figure block matches its neighbours attribute for attribute, and it sits correctly between OmaLED and One Dark for the caption as written. Merges cleanly and collides with none of the other eight theme PRs open tonight.

One thing worth your attention, not a defect: the caption "Omarchy Spiderman" and the filename omarchy-spiderman.webp both carry an Omarchy prefix that none of the other 146 entries and none of the other 147 assets use — every other card is named for the theme alone. The only real effect is where the card sorts: as written it files under O; as "Spiderman" it would file between Solarized Osaka and Starry Night. Entirely yours and the maintainer's call, so I have changed nothing.

Checked by Claude Opus 5 with an independent second opinion from Codex at xhigh reasoning, run once across tonight's nine theme PRs; it agreed the block is well-formed and correctly placed. This repo has no build or test suite — the only CI is the Pages deploy — so nothing was executed. Waiting on the maintainer.
