This repository contains modified and newly implemented components built on top of the original MarkerGeneBERT framework.
This project focuses on improving the original MarkerGeneBERT implementation by:
- Fixing implementation errors
- Refactoring unstable components
- Introducing additional research-friendly modifications
- Improving experimental usability
Only the modified and newly implemented files are included in this repository.

To use this repository, clone the original MarkerGeneBERT repository and replace or integrate the modified files provided here.

These files are designed to be integrated into the original MarkerGeneBERT codebase.

- Resolved runtime instability issues
- Improved training reproducibility

The goal of this project was not to reimplement the entire architecture, but to:
- Deeply analyze the existing research code
- Improve code quality and stability
- Facilitate easier experimentation for further research
This repository only provides modified and newly added components.
