• Added sendReplyEmail helper in email.ts that triggers Courier notifications using COURIER_REPLY_TEMPLATE_ID.
• Transmitted the specified Courier reply data schema (user_name, ticket_number, ticket_subject, ticket_details, reply_message, agent_name, agent_email) when support staff reply to tickets.
• Stored agent_name in ticket_messages for supporter replies.
