Create Microsoft Teams YAML configuration

Adds a catalog entry for Microsoft's own official, hosted Agent365 MCP endpoint for Teams (mcp_TeamsServer) - no container to build, this is a remote entry using the urlTemplate + env-var pattern already used by the Salesforce entry, substituting a user-supplied Entra tenant ID.

Notes for reviewers:

• Source: https://github.com/microsoft/mcp lists the full set of Agent365-hosted endpoints (Teams, SharePoint Lists, Admin Center, Copilot Chat, Mail, Calendar, User, Word). Several of those (Mail, Calendar, Word, OneDrive) already exist in this catalog under different, Obot-hosted implementations (outlook.yaml, onedrive.yaml, word.yaml, excel.yaml, calendar.yaml) - Teams and SharePoint Lists are the ones not yet covered.
• • I have not verified this against a live Obot connection, and toolPreview is omitted since I could not capture a real tools/list response.
