This is a patch to enable radius support. It is tested and works at least in my specific configuration, i have to admit that i however do not have a lot of knowledge about these things.
It assumes Radius will be used if --radius-secret is set.
It was just put together to work in my use case, i have no idea if further sanity checks or additional logic is required.
