Allow fork-only manual dispatches to replace public OVRTX with a digest-pinned carrier and verify its bytes and provenance before tests.
Avoid exposing registry credentials on the command line and verify the final OVRTX runtime after all additional packages are installed.
Route only the base build, OVRTX package tests, and kitless rendering checks to the temporary fork runner so unrelated workflows cannot consume it.
Advance the fork-only VTC workflow to the verified wheel built from the latest OVRTX 0.4.1 release branch commit.
Compute Docker resource limits with awk so temporary self-hosted runners do not require an extra host package before test containers can start.
Prevent pull-request events from consuming the dedicated runner or executing private-wheel jobs; only trusted manual dispatches can schedule them.
Preserve the latest workflow package overlays while retaining the fork-only OVRTX wheelhouse validation and dedicated runner routing.
Skip unrelated jobs during the temporary manual lane and narrow package tests to isaaclab_ov so OVPhysX-only failures do not block OVRTX VTCs.
Use the Isaac Sim internal key for base images while preserving the nvidian key for the private OVRTX wheelhouse.
Limit the temporary rendering validation to the supported legacy path so experimental ovstage coverage does not consume the dedicated runner.
Remove expected-failure workarounds now passing with OVRTX 0.4.1, restore GPU transform reads, and refresh rendering goldens to match the corrected motion-vector and textured outputs. Refs OMPE-99213, OMPE-102564, OMPE-103086, NVBug 6505191.

TODO: the golden is incorrect. We are not seeing the cloth.

for local runs the motion vector for the cloth appears on the 3rd frame. need to look into this.

before we bump ovrtx version, this will be addressed in isaac-sim#6869
Restore xfails and the prior cloth golden for unresolved regressions, while enabling the existing Kit rendering job to validate NVBug 6441062 during manual VTC dispatches.
