Replace DEFINE_string(riva_uri, ...) with DEFINE_string(server, ...) and update all FLAGS_riva_uri references, GetCommandLineFlagInfoOrDie calls, usage strings, and local env-var pointer variables across all 7 clients (ASR, streaming ASR, TTS, TTS perf, NLP, NMT t2t, NMT s2t, NMT s2s).
