- Line 31: Update isAbsoluteHref to detect an explicit URL scheme independently
of the probe bases, so inputs such as https:evil.example are classified as
absolute on HTTP sites; add a classifier test for this case.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Classify HTTPS scheme-relative URLs on HTTP sites.
For https:evil.example on an HTTP site, the browser resolves the input as an absolute HTTPS URL. Both HTTPS probes resolve it relative to their own hosts, so isAbsoluteHref returns false. navigateTo then sends the input to router.push instead of requiring { external: true }. Detect an explicit scheme independently of the probe bases, and add this case to the classifier tests. (url.spec.whatwg.org)

Fixes: #1838
❓ Type of change
📚 Description
Fixes an issue where
navigateTodid not block navigation to URLs with script protocols such asjavascript:.There were two problems in bridge:
navigateTo(url, { open })branch did not check the protocol at all and passed the URL straight towindow.open(the same issue as fix(nuxt): applyisScriptProtocolguard tonavigateToopen option nuxt#35206)navigateTo(url, { external: true })branch did have a check, but it comparedparseURL(toPath).protocol === 'script:'. Sincejavascript:and other script protocols never match this, the check was effectively a no-opTo align with the latest Nuxt implementation (nuxt/nuxt#35206, nuxt/nuxt#36459, nuxt/nuxt#36617), this PR makes the following changes:
isRootedPath/isAbsoluteHref/getScriptProtocoltoruntime/utils/url.tsgetScriptProtocolin both theopenandexternalbranchesisAbsoluteHrefinstead ofhasProtocol📝 Checklist
