Add more fields to Contact

Contact class fields are all using String type. Making the fields to be separate types that extend from the Field type is more OOP, and allows for some polymorphism that may be helpful when parsing. Let's: * Create new classes for each Contact field * Update existing code to ensure compatibility
`editContact()` only edits the name of a `Contact` object. A user may want to edit more than the name field, and it would be more flexible if they can edit multiple fields at the same time. Let's: * refactor `parseContact` such that there is a separate method extracted for setting contact fields supplied by the user * call the abovementioned extracted method in `editContact()` to set the fields
