Temporal interpolation warings are misleading in NRT processing

When doing 1-sidded temporal interpolation, the code produces a bunch of warnings about there not being future data. E.g.,:

This is a bit misleading because we never expect data data or the "next day". We should be able to conditionally raise this warning only when double-sided interpolation is being performed.
