Adds the portfolio’s standard product terms to
axiomcodeas a newTERMS.mdfile.Scope correction applied
This PR is additive only. It does not change, replace, or limit the repository’s existing licence. The proprietary-core + Apache-interface split is handled only for MyKey, vault-tracker, and sovereign-core in their own product lanes; this sweep PR is not a relicence.
TERMS.mdcontains the standard clauses for official packaged or distributed product supplies: licensor 2351485 ALBERTA INC., aggregate liability capped at the product price paid, exclusion of indirect/consequential and business-reliance damages, user-environment responsibility, no absolute security guarantee, maximum extent permitted by applicable consumer law, severability, and Calgary, Alberta as the sole venue for litigation, mediation, or arbitration.Verification
