Summary
Fresh installation of the existing Jest 29 manifest reproduced 29 high-severity affected dependency entries. Upgrade Jest/types to 30 with compatible ts-jest, and record the verified lockfile. Runtime API and dependency footprint are preserved. Add package-entry verification and unsuppressed dependency audit to CI.

Clean npm ci, actual compiler/typecheck, complete existing tests with coverage, build, package runtime/declaration entry checks, npm audit (0 vulnerabilities), and diff review all passed.
