Summary

bump Scheduler to 0.1.6 and consume the published SDK 0.3.5
require host >=0.3.5 <1 while retaining Zcode >=3.3.6
update release metadata, lockfile, README, and regression expectations

Verification

bun run check (11 tests, 28 assertions)
bun scripts/package-release.ts --verify-only --tag v0.1.6
host 0.3.5 live smoke on Zcode 3.4.2 succeeded
