Summary

attach secondary service ports with the 3.4.2 attachment metadata
adapt native task creation, prompt submission, subscriptions, and terminal events for the V4 task facade
preserve the legacy 3.3.6 session path and bump host/SDK to 0.3.5

Verification

bun run check (40 tests, 172 assertions)
bun scripts/package-release.ts --verify-only --tag v0.3.5
live Zcode 3.4.2 Scheduler smoke completed successfully
