Adds a capability-gated rendererContext.ui.chooseDirectory() API for native folder selection, corrects async mountPage typing, documents the API, and bumps host/SDK to 0.3.4. Includes renderer capability tests and passed the full detached clean build (36 tests, 153 assertions).
