deliverables: clients get a banner tile of shared links, not the tab - #111

The Deliverables tab is where guides work on a deliverable, and a client could read every file in it, drafts included. Clients lose the tab; what a guide has shared shows as a "Your deliverables" tile beside the Steep-o-meter, only when something is shared, each line to its public page. Austin, 2026-10-22: the Deliverables tab is for deliverables being worked; clients shouldn't see what goes into making one. Shared links should pop up the way the seed packet tile does, not live in another tab to keep checking.
