What changes

PhyLog's CAPTURE.md, PRE_CAPTURE.md and POST_CAPTURE.md were retired in September but never deleted. Anything in a project's Skills folder that isn't a reserved name is folded into every GraphLog prompt as an extra, so on TUFF they still are.

  • Added to LEGACY_SKILL_FILE_NAMES: "Reset GraphLog skills to current" now deletes them. The admin script can do this on any project; a person who is only an Observer (Austin on TUFF) can't delete them by hand.
  • Added to RESERVED_SKILL_FILE_NAMES: they stop reaching prompts as soon as this deploys, before any reseed.

After deploy

Run "Reset GraphLog skills to current" (dry run first). The dry run should show exactly three removals, all on TUFF, and nothing else changing. O.No's stray PROGRAMMING_UPDATES.md was already deleted by hand.

Tests

loadBearingBehaviors.test.ts asserts the three names are reserved. webapp graphlog tests 466 green; tsc clean.

… never extras

CAPTURE.md, PRE_CAPTURE.md and POST_CAPTURE.md are PhyLog's skill
files, retired in September when GraphLog's graph stage replaced
capture. Nothing deleted them, so on projects that still had them (TUFF
today) they were folded into every GraphLog prompt as extras. They join
LEGACY_SKILL_FILE_NAMES, so "Reset GraphLog skills to current" deletes
them whatever the acting person's role on the project, and
RESERVED_SKILL_FILE_NAMES, so they stop being extras as soon as this
deploys, before any reseed.
