Summary
Replace multilingual Parakeet TDT v3 with NVIDIA's newer English-only Parakeet Unified EN 0.6B model.
Changes
Use the Unified runtime with FP32 weights on CUDA and an INT8 CPU fallback. Pin every ONNX asset by repository revision, size, and SHA-256, and update the supported model name and user-facing documentation.
