Summary
Upgrade Local Wisper to BAML 0.17.0 and use its public OpenAI Responses client for transcript cleanup. The configured post-processing model now reaches OpenAI instead of acting only as an enable flag, while reasoning effort stays fixed at none for this formatting task.
