Effects Cube (maybe others too) having graphics glitches on Electron & WebKit

Bug description

The Effects Cube has been giving us a bit of issue, trying to work with Safari, and "Gnome Web (Flatpak)". The transition causes the slide to go invisible, until its about fully transitioned, then appears to go invisible again.

Expected Behavior

Fully display like the website example
