fix: harden trace persistence and status resolution

Summary

• Centralize framework-aware throwable status resolution in a shared resolver used by RootCause and ExceptionCollector.
• Treat trace persistence failures as non-fatal for the request lifecycle and add feature/unit coverage for persistence failures and wrapped status codes.
