- Add French (`fr`) and Russian (`ru`) translation dictionaries for GitHub UI content - Include French and Russian localization for the extension's own UI messages - Update the documentation and contributing guides to reflect the new language support - Add French and Russian to the language selector in the popup and options page - Revise translation scope documentation to use dynamic language entry counts - Update issue templates and language manifest
