docs: refresh README demo gif to v1.0.1 + add agent-native gif#35

The hero gif was stuck on v0.5.0 and predated the per-worktree database and agent-native features. Refresh it and add a second gif. - demo.gif: now shows v1.0.1, stack detection, per-worktree ports on the documented 5173+N / 8000+N defaults, and `ataegina db name` (each worktree's own database) - agents.gif (new): the agent-native workflow — `up --wait --json` gating on real readiness, and `list --json` as the fleet view - README: new "Agent-native" section covering --json / --wait across up/status/ports/list/doctor, wired into Contents - docs/demo-setup.sh (new): builds a throwaway full-stack fixture under /tmp/ataegina-demo so both tapes regenerate on any machine (replaces the old hardcoded macOS path + missing /tmp/code fixture) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
