The star history chart in the README is broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point the chart to an alternative data source so it renders again.

The star history chart in the README no longer renders because the upstream service relies on GitHub's restricted stargazer API. This change points the chart to an alternative source that needs no API token, so the chart works again.
