Update the drivers and offloading sections with fresh results from MacBook Pro M5 on macOS 26.5.2. Simplify the offloading section by removing the per-macOS-version breakdown — the poor performance we saw earlier was caused by mixing VMs with and without offloading on the same bridge, not by the OS version. Add a note warning about this pitfall.
