Bug-fix release in the 25.2.x series.

This release includes a fix for an issue with BOLD mask generation that could
nondeterministically result in poor contrast for the coregistration references.
The fix impacts every dataset, but the effect should not be measurable for
datasets not experiencing this issue.

This release also includes fixes for SyN-SDC when using the ``--bids-filter-file`` flag.

The minimum niworkflows dependency is reduced to 1.14.5, to restore compatibility
with Python 3.10.

* FIX: Use rigid affine initialization for BOLD mask (nipreps/niworkflows#1064)
* FIX: Do not apply fieldmap filters to fieldmap-less queries (nipreps/sdcflows#563)
* FIX: Allow sessionless anatomical references for fieldmap-less estimation (nipreps/sdcflows#562)
