Would it be possible to add other platforms like SNES, N64, PS2, etc...?

Only if someone is willing to maintain a title database for one or more of these platforms. I already maintain the databases for Wii U, 3DS and Switch 1, I wouldn't be able to maintain more platforms on my own at the moment.
