Stacked on #3. This small registry-only PR exposes the 16 PyTorch models already exercised by nilmtk-contrib's synthetic contract suite, instead of presenting PatchTST as the only runnable model. All entries share the same 99/299/599 sequence-length search and traceable module/class/family identity. No runner, data, protocol, or website logic changes are included.
