doctrine/instantiator was locked to 2.1.0, which requires PHP ^8.4, breaking composer install on every PHP version the CI matrix tested. WordPress core itself no longer tests below PHP 8.0, so align this plugin's support floor and CI matrix (8.0-8.5) with that, pin the composer platform to php 8.0 so future lock updates resolve compatible versions, and upgrade phpstan/phpstan and szepeviktor/phpstan-wordpress to their PHPStan 2.x releases.
