letsencrypt error for alias

Hi, i can install the ssl certificate successfully, but just for the main domain, when i add the www alias to my domain this don´t let me generate certificate ssl givin error 400.

Mydomain.com is pointing to my ip server and www.mydomain.com is pointing to the ip of the server too. I already checked my dns propagation and it´s ok.

The domain is arricorpropiedades.cl

Any tip will be apreciate.
