Live test on the Hermes host disproved the guide's claim that the skills work via a plain-text mention: workspace/AGENTS.md hard-routes every image task to the stock image_gen skill, so codex ignores an explicit 'через antigravity_image' and runs ./bin/image-gen (which fails without GEMINI_API_KEY). Step 7 (AGENTS.md exception + SKILL_CATALOG registration in the hermes repo, see hermes#127) is a mandatory part of the deployment.

Живой тест на Hermes опроверг утверждение гайда, что скиллы работают через явное упоминание в тексте:
workspace/AGENTS.mdжёстко направляет все задачи на картинки в штатныйimage_gen, и codex игнорирует «через antigravity_image» (получен ответ «ключ не настроен» от image_gen, транскрипт codex это подтверждает). Шаг 7 переписан как обязательный: исключение в AGENTS.md + регистрация вSKILL_CATALOG(референс: nicshik/hermes#127).
