Team No Review is active. The source archive is age ciphertext inside a root-only directory; make that ciphertext readable to the fixed unprivileged maintenance UID for the isolated drill. Sealing restores root-only archive mode. Run 33223485176 proved off-host encrypted upload and failed closed before seal/reset because the container UID could not read mode 0400 ciphertext.
