…per-line The skill's description was an unquoted YAML scalar containing 'conventions: semantic' - strict parsers reject the whole frontmatter block, which would silently drop the skill's name, description, and routing. Quote it, and while in there, replace the semantic-line-breaks (clause-split) teaching with the actual convention: exactly one full sentence per line, compound sentences included, plus aligned table columns - matching the correction given in docs-engine PR #40 review.
