- Định vị: Delivery Manager & System Architect (14 năm kinh nghiệm), BrSE thị trường Việt-Nhật.
- Vấn đề giải quyết: Bài toán vận hành phức tạp, quy trình rời rạc phụ thuộc con người, và rào cản giao tiếp trong dự án phần mềm đa quốc gia.
- Phương pháp thực thi: Bắt đầu từ tư duy kiến trúc đúng. Xây dựng hệ thống lõi (Core System) ổn định và các luồng dữ liệu tự động (Thin Data Layer) để tối ưu vận hành dài hạn.

- 2022 - Nay (GMO RUNSYSTEM): Delivery Unit Manager / System Architect. Chịu trách nhiệm kiến trúc và vận hành hệ thống đa quốc gia. Xây dựng lại quy trình communication để giảm delivery friction, quản lý team 43 kỹ sư.
- 2019 - 2022: Triển khai Core System & Custom AI cho các tập đoàn bảo hiểm hàng đầu Nhật Bản. Trực tiếp vận hành vòng đời dự án từ Upstream đến Downstream.
- 2014 - 2019: Lead Engineer thiết kế kiến trúc Big Data (Hadoop, HBase) xử lý 100+ triệu records cho chuỗi cung ứng toàn cầu.

- Thiết kế hệ thống đủ ổn định để dễ bảo trì, mở rộng và vận hành dài hạn. Không lệ thuộc công nghệ xu hướng, tập trung vào business impact.

- Scope Cutting trước khi Code: Không số hóa quy trình sai. Luôn hỏi "Quy trình này có thể lược bỏ bước nào?" trước khi bắt tay vào phát triển phần mềm.
- Công nghệ phục vụ vận hành: Một hệ thống tốt không chỉ "chạy được" lúc demo, mà phải chịu tải ổn định và giảm gánh nặng thao tác cho nhân sự.
