Add containerisation code

• Containerisation is a method of packaging up software so that it runs reliably across different computing environments.

• Each container includes the application, along with everything it needs to run—like libraries, dependencies, and configuration files.

• This ensures consistency from development through to production, eliminating the "it works on my machine" problem.

• Docker is the most popular tool for creating and managing containers. It simplifies and speeds up workflows by:

  • Making apps portable—run them anywhere Docker is installed
  • Isolating environments, so apps don’t interfere with each other
  • Streamlining deployment, especially for cloud and CI/CD pipelines
  • Providing a standard format: Dockerfiles describe how to build container images, making infrastructure repeatable and version-controlled.

• These Dockerfiles I've added are like recipe cards for building reproducible environments for the project. They help the team run the app consistently without worrying about setup differences across machines

• I've made this pull request so you can see how an app is containerised in Docker - take a look at the 'Files changed' tab to see the files I've added.

• There are instructions on how to run the app using Docker in the README file - you won't be able to do it on your laptop at the moment because you need to install Docker Desktop but if you have some spare time we can take a look.
