Summary
Fix an intermittent OAuth test failure observed in main CI on macOS Node 20. The overlong-token fixture set expiry relative to an earlier clock read but let the signing helper calculate issued-at later. Crossing a second boundary accidentally made the token valid for 300 seconds.
Set both iat and exp from the same timestamp so the test always checks a 301-second lifetime. Production authorization remains unchanged.
