rename diagnose to diagnosis - #5907

This will rename all occurences of diagnose to diagnosis. Strings have been created with new keys in order to fix transifex sync. A few strings will have to be translated again. Signed-off-by: Marcel Hibbe <dev@mhibbe.de>
