fix(tags): drop total unread counter - #19099

- unread conversations always show on collapse was implemented before counter, making this redundant - this reverts commit 585d7fd and drops NcCounterBubble component - total unread still needed for 'mark all as read' Signed-off-by: Maksim Sukharev <antreesy.web@gmail.com>
