Small bugfix from Elizabeth which was causing blank templates not to be used at all, and a new blank document template based closely on MS Word desktop's current default.
The gotcha here is that you have to run
sudo -E -u www-data php occ richdocuments:update-empty-templatesto regenerate these. This is intentional as custom blank templates may be used by users and this overwrites those.
