docs: fix the request-detail handbook clip (sidebar was mid-open) - #60

The clip began recording before the request sidebar had opened, so its first second showed the Approvals list's status-chip column cropped to where the sidebar would appear — fragments floating on white, which read as broken. Re-recorded starting with the sidebar already open: it now shows the full request detail (stepper, balance, reason, decision) and switches to the Coverage tab. Also smaller (504 KB). request-detail.webpwalkthrough (For team leads chapter) looked broken: it started recording before the request sidebar had opened, so the first second showed the Approvals list's status-chip column cropped to where the sidebar would appear — stray "Pending" / "With HR" chips floating on white.Re-recorded starting with the sidebar already open: the clip now shows the full request detail — stepper, balance, reason, the Approve/Keep-leave decision — then switches to the Coverage tab ("Nobody else is off 🎉"). Cleaner and smaller (504 KB vs ~850 KB). Verified frame-by-frame.
