feat: Promote K8s ReplicaSet relationships to prod - #3312

Promotes NAMESPACE-to-REPLICASET and REPLICASET-to-POD (newrelic#3215) from stg. Includes the KUBERNETES_NAMESPACE candidate that NAMESPACE-to-REPLICASET depends on, identical to the copy in the bulk promotion PR. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
