Radiometric Raster converter

Script to convert radiometric resolution of raster data

Steps to execute:

1. Clone repo
2. Install requirements.txt
3. Put the rasters (.tif) to convert inside of folder /images
4. run on terminal python radio_conv.py "parameter"

Need to put the resolution to convert (8 or 16) bits
