Update version numbers for all mentioned dependencies. Update all CLI usages to the new calling conventions. Remove inaccurate or outdated information such as the suggestion that JITP might exist in the future — it exists now. Drop the now-empty device-management and managing-organizations-and-products pages and their SUMMARY entries.

This updates version numbers for all dependencies mentioned.
Moved the CLI install instructions to the top to indicate that they should be installed before proceeding with setup.
Updated all uses of the CLI to use the new calling conventions.
Remove inaccurate or outdated information such as suggesting that JITP might exist sometime in the future. It exists now.
