- Add templates/nicapp.yaml for nebari-operator integration - Add nicapp config block to values.yaml (enabled by default) - Configures routing, TLS, and Keycloak auth via operator - Set nicapp.enabled=false when deploying outside NIC

- Rename templates/nicapp.yaml to nebariapp.yaml - Update CRD to apiVersion: apps.nebari.dev/v1, kind: NebariApp - Rename values nicapp -> nebariapp - Remove tls and gateway sections (handled by operator) - Update service name to proxy-public - Disable nebariapp in Tiltfile for local dev
