improve log messages for tokio tasks #1755

Background

As part of #1206 , we noticed that the tokio task messages were lacking some data , making it harder to find the source of specific log messages and its context.

User Story

Better logs are always helpful

Acceptance Criteria

The tokio tasks logs are improved so that they show as much useful information as possible without clotting the logs.
