RadioLog 4.0.0 was the first version to introduce CalTopo integration. Watch RadioLog 4 - CalTopo Integration - selecting and connecting to a map (9 minutes). Stay tuned for a video covering CalTopo radio marker features.
RadioLog 4 uses the caltopo_python module. So, to enable CalTopo integration, a caltopo_python configuration file (typically named cts.ini) must be created in the RadioLog .config directory with the other configuration files.
See the caltopo_python Credentials page and follow the instructions to create the configuration file. Keep in mind that these procedures might only work if you are a member of a team account.
In addition, there are several new configuration keys that affect CalTopo integration that will need your attention. See the descriptions for the keys that start with the name 'caltopo' in the latest default radiolog.cfg file.

Nevada County Sheriff's Search and Rescue (ncssar-nc.org) has been using this radio log tool on every callout since early 2015.
This open-source project is mainly intended for use by other Search and Rescue teams.
Prior to mid-2022, there was no downloadable installer available, and radiolog was not available as a Windows executable. Installation was a much more manual process. See those installation guidelines here. Thanks to user @erinn for creating the release workflow including the radiolog Windows executable, and the executable installer.

- Fewer options = Reduced Fiddling
