docs: integrate advisor, school, and campus-policy entries#139

Add the advisor (宋光慧) entry and a 浙大宁波理工学院 school entry whose timeline is cross-checked against the official site and public records. Flesh out second-classroom, youth-volunteer-association and volunteer-hours with paraphrased, sourced facts, and note the campus wiki's alternative founding date. Volatile statistics are omitted.
Other reviewers are requested per pull request instead of being auto-subscribed to every change.
