Build-time page-preview loader powers Wikipedia-style hovercards; add hub back-link and page transitions. Brand blue #124689 from the logo, with a monospace voice for metadata. Nav narrowed to about / guide / repair.
Flagship what-is-NBTCA plus join, organization & history, and infrastructure pages. The section's primary audience is people who do not yet know the community.
Self-contained concept entries whose first paragraph powers the hover preview; internal links are all previewable entries.
The repair index becomes a hub linking guide, weekend, tools, checklist and repair-day; the section sidebar is dropped in favor of inline links, previews and search.
…rchive Merge tutorial and process into a single guide nav entry and sidebar; move active manuals out of archived and trim AI-generated filler.
Exclude hub sections from the sidebar-coverage contract and drop the obsolete repair sidebar test.
The writing and fact-checking standard, plus PR handoff notes; both are srcExcluded and not published.

…ting Remove the AI-scaffolded CONTEXT.md and docs/adr, which duplicated CONTRIBUTING and described the pre-reconstruction navigation model. Slim CONTRIBUTING to the current hub/guide layout. Narrow CODEOWNERS: drop the catch-all second owner and route documentation review to the president and the documents maintainers.
These entries were linked from other pages but linked nowhere themselves; add back-links to related concepts to improve wiki navigability. Leaf concepts (school-calendar, school-identity) are intentionally left as terminal definitions.
…st read The 维护信息 provenance stamp previously sat between the H1 and the lead paragraph on every page, pushing the actual content down. Relocate it to the foot of each page (Wikipedia-style) so the definition/lead follows the title directly; provenance is preserved, just no longer competing with the opening.

把文档站重构成一座 wiki：面向不了解本社区的读者，词条自足、可即时查阅。新增「认识 NBTCA」栏目与概念库，教程与流程合并为「指南」，维修/概念/关于改为「枢纽 + 内链 + 搜索」模型，并加入构建期悬停预览卡与统一的视觉识别。同时收敛此前的治理脚手架。

CONTEXT.md与docs/adr/（与 CONTRIBUTING 重复且描述的是重构前的旧导航模型）；精简 CONTRIBUTING 到当前的枢纽/指南结构；收窄 CODEOWNERS——去掉 catch-all，将文档评审指向会长与 documents 主力。后续单开 PR：内容契约覆盖重构（把「必须进边栏」与「质量检查」拆开）、悬停卡数据加载器补单测、首页 logo 自托管。
